🍃🪾The G.IRLS in nature 🌿

California is honestly one of the best spots to visit all types of climates, walking trails, and natural environments.

The G.IRLS took a nature walk in El Dorado Patks Nature trail and it was such a beautiful experiences

We were led in a nature walk that included a scavenger hunt that challenged what we see, smell and hear.

We saw so many tree variants, hawks and turtles and only a 20 minute drive away from the clubhouse.

All of our experiences are FREE to our youth including transportations, meals, and supply cost! Consider supporting the enrichment of G.IRLS from the Hood!

We just wrapped our partnership with California State University, Dominguez Hills, Women's Studies program for this semester.

This is an opportunity for our youth to learn about a local university and the experience directly from undergrads.

We will express ourselves through art and paper, creating zines! Take a moment of self care and create with us!

This is a no-pressure, relaxing environment where we will create mini books about any topics we are interested in.

They can be all drawings, poems, ideas, really anything you’d like to express.

This is a FREE workshop. Open to ALL youth. No experience needed.

Dinner and transportation will be provided via Uber with parental consent.
