Adult black belt rooster weight bronze Nogi Pans 2024. I went to war and had great fights to win this medal, losing by points to the much deserved gold medalist who I have massive respect for. This is all a piece of the puzzle of making my jiu jitsu the best it can be, and I'm already moved on to worlds being the focus!
