Rising to the culinary occasion with Trader Joeโ€™s 7-Ingredient Pizza Party Challenge! ๐Ÿ•

Dive into the fusion of flavors with our vegan-friendly creation that promises an unexpected & delish flavor combo๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒฟ:

PLANT-BASED SEAFARE PIZZA W/ CHIMICHURRI + YUZU

Ingredients

๐Ÿ’  2 battered plant-based fish fillets
๐Ÿ’  3 Tbsp sundried tomatoes, excess oil drained
๐Ÿ’  1/2 block vegan feta cheese alternative, crumbled
๐Ÿ’  1 garlic and herb pizza dough
๐Ÿ’  1/3 cup chimichurri sauce, plus more for drizzling
๐Ÿ’  Nori Komi Furikake, for sprinkling
๐Ÿ’  Yuzu hot sauce, for drizzling

Pairings:
๐Ÿฅ‚Wine: LaGranja Verdejo & Viura 2022
๐Ÿ’งNon-Alcoholic Beverage: Sparkling Grapefruit (or another sparkling citrus if preferred)

Instructions:
๐Ÿ’  Preheat your oven to 500ยฐF (260ยฐC).
๐Ÿ’  Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes on each side.
๐Ÿ’  After baking, transfer the fish fillets to a brown paper bag and set aside.
๐Ÿ’  On a lightly floured surface, stretch the garlic and herb pizza dough into a circle.
๐Ÿ’  Brush the doughโ€™s crust with the oil from the sundried tomatoes.
๐Ÿ’  Spread the chimichurri sauce evenly over the dough.
๐Ÿ’  Arrange the sundried tomatoes on top of the sauce.
๐Ÿ’  Drizzle Yuzu hot sauce over the sundried tomatoes.
๐Ÿ’  Slice the baked fish fillets diagonally into 1/2-inch strips and distribute them on the pizza.
๐Ÿ’  Crumble the vegan feta cheese over the fish.
๐Ÿ’  Sprinkle Nori Komi Furikake around the pizzaโ€™s edge.
๐Ÿ’  Place the pizza on the top rack of the preheated oven & bake for 22 minutes, or until the crust reaches your desired doneness.
๐Ÿ’  After baking, drizzle additional chimichurri and Yuzu sauce over the pizza.
๐Ÿ’  Slice, serve, and enjoy with your chosen pairing!
