It’s the last day of Camp Bread. We had a great time meeting everyone. So many amazing classes that ranged from hands on bread and pastry to dumplings, doughnuts and flatbreads. We enjoyed the Business classes and using all the cool equipment Most of all we enjoyed spending time with our bread friends.

It’s almost time for the Pizza Fest LA. Ceresota Flour has provided this beautiful AP flour to make our Grandma Slice. Our naturally fermented dough uses 50% Ceresota AP flour and 50% Central Milling Fancy Durum flour. It starts with beautiful soft fluffy flour mixed and then fermented for 24 hours. Natural and Kosher Muenster cheese in the crust and then topped with locally grown produce and Natural and Kosher Mozzarella Cheese. Can’t wait for the pizza Fest on Sunday April 30th come by and have a slice !
