Journey #3 | Quarterly High-Performance & Accountability Coaching

This coaching program is designed to fix what’s broken. Similar to a 90-Day Challenge we work with you to develop eight key components of your business or life and double down on a core focus over the course of 13 weeks. We back you into the daily habits, tasks, or behaviors that are required for your success and we hold you accountable for the daily and weekly results. You will take a Strengths assessment, and do some quick Core Values and Purpose work, and then we will drill down on your core focus. This program is for the professional who wants to make great strides in a very specific area over a short period of time. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart! This is not mindset shift-type coaching - this is - just do the work and the mindset shift will follow - type coaching.
