Our training sessions will be held weekly every evening in the Denver Tech Center area. We're looking for players of all skill levels to join us, so don't worry if you're just starting out or haven't played in a while.

When we ruminate on certain thoughts, it can snowball into bigger, more extreme negative thinking. I love this quote because it simplifies the game not allowing one to overthink about it too much
