National Beef Ambassadors
Developing beef advocates and leaders for the cattle industry is the goal of the Collegiate Beef Advocacy Program. Hosted by American National Cattlewomen, Inc. (ANCW), the advocacy program provides an outlet for students to use their unique strengths to connect with consumers and peers to promote beef.
Well... maybe these cows can! These are some pretty good looking album covers.

Bullock Farms was established around 1925 and is now proudly operated by fourth-generation farmers Brittany (Bullock) Hartlove and her husband, Branden Hartlove. Continuing the family farm was never part of their original plan. However, after moving back home three years ago, they couldn’t imagine seeing this century-old farm stop operating as Brittany’s father began slowing down and could no longer manage the workload on his own.
They also recognized the tremendous value of raising their children with a strong agricultural foundation and an appreciation for hard work, stewardship, and knowing where food comes from. They knew firsthand the type of farm they wanted to build and the legacy they wanted to continue, and carrying on Brittany’s father’s beef and hay operation felt like the natural next step. As consumers become increasingly interested in clean, locally sourced food, they saw a growing need in their community for high-quality, humanely raised beef. Knowing where their food comes from is something they prioritize as a family and as parents, and they wanted to make that same opportunity available to others.
Most recently, they’ve launched their website, built a growing customer base, introduced their self-serve Beef Wagon for convenient pickups, and began processing their first cow through a local butcher shop. While still in the early stages of their beef business, they have big plans for the future and are excited to continue serving their community for generations to come.
This quote sums up what every single farmer or rancher does every single day. This industry takes grit and determination every day. What an honorable industry to be apart of.

📍 Pennsylvania – Rocking K Farms
Rocking K Farms is an emerging operation built on a family foundation in agriculture. As a husband-and-wife team, both come from strong farming backgrounds and are passionate about continuing that legacy through their own Angus cattle program.
Their operation focuses on developing quality registered Angus seedstock and providing locally raised beef, with an emphasis on functionality, longevity, and performance. They are committed to raising cattle by prioritizing herd health, responsible management, and genetics that work in real-world conditions.
The farm is deeply rooted in family operations—from the Kasanicky family commercial herd and butcher shop to the Macklin family hay and straw business. These foundations play a vital role in how they raise, feed, and bring their cattle full circle.
What makes Rocking K Farms unique is their commitment to utilizing the whole animal. In addition to their seedstock and beef programs, they handcraft small-batch tallow products using suet sourced from their own cattle and trusted family herds. By processing their own tallow, they create high-quality, natural skincare products while honoring every part of the animal and reducing waste.
From pasture to product, Rocking K Farms is proud to provide transparency, quality, and a deeper connection to the food and goods they produce.
