Open-concept living, done right. This addition transformed a closed-off floor plan into a bright, connected space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly. Navy island cabinetry, warm oak floors, and layered lighting bring the whole space to life — proof that a well-planned addition can feel like it was always part of the home.

Never underestimate the power of an awkward corner.
This nook used to be dead space — an odd angle between the kitchen and dining room that most homes just wall off or ignore. We saw an opportunity instead: a custom-built coffee and beverage station that turns a transition zone into one of the most-used spots in the house.
Marble counters, soft-close drawers for extra storage, open shelving for the everyday essentials, and a microwave tucked neatly overhead — all built to follow the exact pitch of the roofline instead of fighting it. The result feels intentional, not improvised.
It's a good reminder of how we approach every remodel: the best design isn't just about the rooms you already know you need. It's about finding the potential in the spaces in between.

Proof that a small footprint doesn't mean small impact. ✨

This galley kitchen went from tight and dated to timeless and functional — without losing an inch of character. Crisp white shaker cabinets and glass-front uppers open the space up visually, while a herringbone tile backsplash and leathered granite counters (with a built-in butcher block!) bring in texture that will never go out of style.

The result: a kitchen that works as hard as it looks good — smart storage, a layout built for real cooking, and just enough personality (hello, sage walls and open shelving) to make it feel like home.

Small kitchen, big transformation.

This kitchen proves that timeless and warm aren't opposites.

We kept the palette quiet — soft white perimeter cabinetry, honed marble-look countertops, wide-plank white oak floors — and let the details carry the character: a hand-hammered brass range with matching hood, an unlacquered brass gooseneck faucet at the farmhouse sink, and a mix of brass pendants and a vintage-inspired chandelier that layers light beautifully from the island all the way to the breakfast nook.

The oak island grounds the space and gives it a lived-in warmth, while the wall of windows keeps the whole room connected to the trees outside — proof that a great kitchen isn't just about finishes, it's about how the space feels to stand in every single day.

This is what we mean by designing for the long haul: nothing trendy, nothing that will feel dated in ten years. Just quality materials, thoughtful layout, and details worth loving for a lifetime.

Transformation ✨
Rich mahogany cabinetry, warm mosaic tile, and a statement stained-glass pendant give this kitchen serious character — while a crisp quartz island keeps it feeling fresh and functional. From the walk-in pantry wall to the flush stainless appliance suite, every detail was planned around how this family actually cooks and gathers.
Full-service design-build means one team, one vision, zero guesswork — from first sketch to final walkthrough.

Swipe your eyes left to right on this one. 👀

The "before" was a solid house with good bones — but the dark, moody siding and heavy black shutters kept it feeling closed off, almost hidden in the trees. The "after" tells a completely different story: soft blue-gray siding, crisp white trim, and a welcoming front porch that finally gives this home a proper place to say hello.

We didn't just repaint — we expanded the footprint with a new garage and added architectural details (that second gable, the covered entry) that give the home a stronger sense of arrival from the driveway. It's the same house, the same beautiful wooded lot, but now the exterior finally matches the warmth of what's happening inside.

This is what we mean when we say design isn't just decoration — it's about making a home feel like itself, inside and out. 🏡✨

There's something about a staircase that sets the tone for an entire home — and this project does exactly that. 🤍

Crisp white risers and balusters keep the architecture light and airy, while the warm oak treads and handrail bring in the natural texture that makes a space feel lived-in, not staged. It's a simple palette, but a considered one — and that's the whole point. The best staircases don't shout for attention; they quietly do their job beautifully, day after day, for decades.

We layered in a vintage-inspired runner on every tread — not just for grip and comfort underfoot, but because pattern on the stairs is one of our favorite ways to add warmth without committing to anything too trendy. Swap it out in ten years, and the bones of this staircase will still look just as good as they do today. That's the difference between a trend and a true investment.

Home is built one considered detail at a time. 🏡✨

Powder baths are our favorite place to break the rules. 🌺

This little half bath proves it: when you've only got one small room to make a statement, go all in. That bold floral wallpaper is the star of the show — saturated, layered, a little unexpected — and it's exactly the kind of trend-forward moment we love in a space this size. Wallpaper is easy to live with and easy to change down the road, so it's the perfect place to let personality lead.
But the bones underneath it? Built to last. A faceted mirror catches the light beautifully against all that pattern, warm wood cabinetry grounds the space, and matte black fixtures keep it from feeling too sweet. Add in a few unlacquered brass touches for warmth, and you've got a room that's equal parts playful and polished — the art of the mix, in miniature.
This is our favorite kind of design lesson: invest in the timeless pieces, have fun with everything else. A powder bath should make people smile the second they walk in — this one does exactly that. 🌸

Double the vanity, double the delight! ✨

This bathroom transformation brings together timeless white shaker cabinetry, warm granite countertops, and a custom center tower for smart, stylish storage — all finished off with a pop of color that makes the space feel fresh and personal.
Details like these — dual vanities, a linen tower built right into the layout, and thoughtful lighting on either side of the mirrors — aren't just about looks. They're about designing a bathroom that actually works for how a family gets ready every morning.

Thinking about a bathroom remodel of your own? We'd love to walk you through what's possible for your space, your budget, and your timeline.

ummer is calling — and this screened porch answers. 🌿

We built this beauty for a family who wanted to bring the outdoors in without giving up comfort. Fresh cedar ceiling, clean-lined framing, and floor-to-ceiling screens that frame the backyard like a living painting.

The bold, playful furnishings? That's all the homeowners — and honestly, we love how they leaned in. A space this well-built deserves a personality to match.

This is what happens when great construction meets a family that knows how they want to live. If your backyard is begging for a space like this, let's talk.
