Cue Ball

Boyce Thompson Arboretum is a great place for watching our fine-feathered friends. Just this afternoon a Cardinal hopped over to within about 5' of where I stood and gave me a curious "side-ways" look. On my walk I also saw hummingbirds, a Mourning Dove, a Phainopepla, and a Gila Woodpecker. So, next time you are out here for a visit, be sure to bring some binoculars with you. (And if you don't have binoculars, you can borrow a pair from the Gift Shop.)
