He has taught and trained instructors at Certain Sparks Music in Lompoc from 2006-2023. He is skilled at reaching a diverse range of learners, including exceptional students, through his talent for differentiating instruction to meet their individual goals and needs. One of Mic’s greatest legacies as a teacher and mentor is that many of his students have continued to refine their musicianship by performing, recording, and inspiring others to play music.
