Suburban Homesteader

The last pomegranate hangs on the tree and the garden is full of winter greens. The rains have already begun and I am feeling the turning of the seasons and a deep gratefulness for the preciousness of this life and the abundance of this earth. Here is picture of a garden salad with winter greens, borage flowers, pomegranate seeds, chopped almonds and avocado! SO delicious AND nutritious!
