You know what’s better than taking your own awkward website pictures? Having someone else do it. Especially when that person is and she wants to go hang out in your garden with you.

But seriously, if you have a website and it’s still full of free stock images (I get it….), it’s never going to have a personality. It can be good and get the job done! But when you are already making the investment to have a professional presence online, it really only makes sense.

This is an incredibly thoughtful post written by a client. As a Mom, hearing others be open and honest is something that has always helped me feel less isolated and is one of the best ways we can be a village for each other.

Congratulations to Kristin Mitchell and everyone involved with Little Creek Press—a small but mighty independent publishing company based in Mineral Point, WI. Kristin wanted to reconceptualize her decade old business, niching down to focus only on Wisconsin and pulling together a full team of service partners. She contacted me to help her craft a website and brand to fit this new direction.

Having owned a graphic design business for over 30 years, Kristin completely gets it, and working with her has felt like a true collaboration. This was literally a dream project as we worked together to craft a brand strategy, brand design, and copywriting before any of the website design took place.

Any Wisconsin author would be truly fortunate to work with Kristin and her team at Little Creek Press! Also, she's yet another reason why I am obsessed with Mineral Point and tell anyone who will listen how incredible it is.
