Retro Glow Cycles

Retro Glow Cycles will be closed tomorrow for the 4th of July, but you may see us riding around town with our patriotic, inflatable eagle. In the meantime, enjoy some photos of our bike chain cards and our red, white, and blue bicycles (2 Schwinn bicentennial editions and a rad BMX bike). We've also got red, white, and blue streamers in stock now.

We will resume regular hours on Sunday, when we'll be open from noon to 6. Happy Independence Day to all!

We are proud to announce that Retro Glow Cycles is sponsoring the 2026 Lombard Cycling Classic! We worked with local artist Kathryn Schade ( ) to create these awesome event posters you will be seeing around Lombard! We are excited to work with local businesses and the village to make this event fun for everyone!

Early hours this Saturday so we can check out the new Iron Maiden movie!

Join the Lombard Historical Society and Retro Glow Cycles on May 17th to ride in the Lilac Parade!  Celebrate the role bicycles have played in bringing freedom and empowerment to the people as part of the 250th anniversary of the U.S.A.  Bring your own bike and show your style or ride one of our classic bikes  Meet at Retro Glow Cycles by 12:30pm and we will ride to the start of the parade. The parade starts at 1:30 pm and will be a slow roll for about 2 miles. We will be one of the first groups in the parade, so you will not have to wait all day. Every participant will get a cool Lombard bell for their bike!

The shop will be closed this weekend so we can support these 2 awesome community events! We hope to see you there!
