Happy Easter! That Cake Cop is closed this week for Spring Break! I will return next Sunday, April 12th and open for orders beginning April 13th.

My 25 Days of Cookies is completed! This was so fun. Thank you to all who have followed along! I have gained some new recipes to add to my menu and found some new favorites for myself and my customers. I am planning on this becoming a new business tradition! Merry Christmas!

Gingerbread men! Because you can’t have a Christmas cookie countdown without these adorable little guys. Packed with spices with a not overpowering amount of ginger, these are one of the few gingerbread recipes I truly enjoy.

Day 24!

Strawberry thumbprints! Made with strawberry jam and topped with my eggnog frosting. Usually made with raspberry jam and a lemon frosting, but I wanted to use some of the ingredients from other cookies. These are a cookie my grandmother has made every year since I was a young child. I consider them her cookie ♥️💚♥️

Red Velvet Cookies! These little red bites of heaven are flavored with a deep chocolate flavor and touched with both chocolate and white chocolate chips.

Day 22

Eggnog Cookies. This is a brand new recipe, requested by my youngest child. As the official taste tester, he gave me the official approval. They are similar to a snickerdoodle, but made with actual eggnog and have a few more spices in them. They are even topped with eggnog icing!
