We did this paired tongue piercing about a month ago, (sometimes called a Venom piercing) this is how they look after the proper downsizing.
This is a perfect alternative to the (very popular, but unsafe)
Snake Eyes piercing. When downsized, it will look quite similar but will cause much less damage than any horizontal tongue piercings. "No one legit" will perform the Snake Eyes. A few notes, you must have the anatomy for this, as not everyone does and you must be aware of the healing time.
