Located on 6 private acres within walking distance to Old Man's Cave. 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a theatre room, laundry room, game room, indoor/outdoor fireplaces and so much more. Sleeps 20 persons in beds: 4 king beds (3 king bedrooms and one king bed located in the open loft), 4 queen bedrooms, and 4 twin beds found in one oversized bedroom. Our kitchen table seats 18 with an additional 6 person space at the center island. Additional amenities include: premium beds & bedding/linens/towels, two 6-8 person hot tubs, indoor and outdoor wood-burning fireplaces with custom-built rocking chairs, large outdoor exploration areas, game-room on lower level (with shuffleboard, poker table, foosball, games, books, puzzles, and movies), private theatre room, charcoal & propane grill, 6 large screen televisions with DirecTV (Big Ten Network included) with 4 of those tvs found in bedrooms, 2 blu-ray players with dvds, as well as Wifi. We also boast 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 stove tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 kitchenettes (upstairs and down) and a fully-stocked kitchen. ASPEN HOLLOW LODGE:
Opened July 2020, this 3300 sq ft lodge that sits on 12 secluded acres and includes 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It will accommodate up to 18 guests in beds. We boast a fully-equipped kitchen for the chef of the group with an electric range and oven, a full sized refrigerator/freezer combo, dishwasher, and propane grill just outside the kitchen door on the covered back deck. Additional amenities include: premium beds & bedding/linens/towels and a full-sized washer/dryer combo for guest usage. You also will find infinite hot water with our tankless on-demand hot water system. A wonderful perk when you are traveling with all 18 guests! Enjoy entertaining with the indoor and outdoor stacked stone wood burning fireplaces or enjoy an old fashioned fire pit under the stars. Another perk: Enjoy outdoor fires and dining no matter what Mother Nature brings! The expansive deck is fully under roof. Under the decking on the lower level is also where you will locate the 8-person hot tub. Aspen Hollow houses a pool table/ping pong table combo in the pub-style game room on lower level (with games, books, puzzles, and movies), large screen smart tvs with a youtube TV subscription (Big Ten Network included) a landline and wifi. Brainstormed, repurposed, designed, and created by the longest-serving college president at any one institution in the nation (Founding president of Hocking College Dr. John Light), this one-of-a-kind rental has all of the aspects for an "in-house" complete experience in the beautiful Southeastern Ohio region. It's comprised of 2 separate structures as one rental experience* on a 95-acre nature preserve with 7 miles of hiking trails, natural grasses and habitats, fruit tree orchard, and abundant wildlife. Completed in September 2020, The Stable at Pumpkin Ridge was designed and redesigned by the owners for its current use. Just a brief walk down the private lane from The Barn, the horse stable was originally built to accommodate 8 horses. Recently, they decided to give it new life while paying homage to its original purpose. The tack room has been converted to a bathroom with infrared sauna. The original stalls are now the open-concept recreational level, lit with electric lanterns and an artisan-created chandelier. The original loft has been converted into two separate horse-themed queen-sized bedrooms complete with farm views and private seating areas. Much of the wood inside the renovated stable was repurposed from the original structure. Beds were made using wood from the horse stalls. The kitchen countertops, bar countertops, and bathroom counter was made from white pine salvaged from the project. On the main level, a vintage pool table flanks the open recreational space, with many nostalgic lawn and board games abound; including darts, croquet, and more. The center of the structure boasts a comfortable seating area with a large, mounted flat screen television. Conversation tables and vintage board game tables pepper the floor plan. The Stable also features a kitchenette wet bar, indoor and outdoor congregational spaces, a digital fireplace, surround-sound music system, an outdoor bar and decks with plenty of seating, and an outdoor hot and cold spa under the dark skies.*the two structures rent as one unit rental rate. Newly opened in April 2021, this one floor lodge on 6 acres makes country living easy. 3 King bedrooms (one with private en suite bathroom) and 2 bunk bedrooms (each with 4 beds). The open floor plan is well thought out. The fully stocked kitchen area and dining table space for all 14 guests are all open to the living room with electric fireplace and entertainment. Walk out the sliding glass doors from the family room to outdoor living under the pavilion. The Sunrise lodge is a great Hocking Hills lodge to take your next family vacation. This 2700 square foot 4 bedroom luxury log home sleeps a max of 8 and boasts 2.5 bathrooms. With everything at your fingertips, this lodge will meet your every need. Enjoy an evening by a campfire under the stars, watch the sunset on the huge 44 foot covered front porch, shoot some pool, play foosball, or just soak in your own private hot tub. A charming, 1 room cabin that has a queen sized bed, private hot tub, propane grill, seasonal gas log fireplace, complete kitchen set up, and full bathroom. Shares a drive with Sunrise Lodge, but with privacy at the forefront. BLUE RIDGE LODGE:
New for 2022, Blue Ridge Lodge sits nestled in a quiet pine forest along a ridge on 12 secluded acres (shared with Aspen Hollow Lodge). It is an expansive, 5100 square foot log lodge which includes 8 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It will accommodate up to 20 total adults/children (maximum of 16 adults for adult-only stays.) The open floor plan was designed with your gathering in mind—a large, open two-story great room accented by an indoor stone fireplace and large chandelier. Outside, you’ll find over 2,000 square feet of covered deck to enjoy in any weather. The kitchen is cavernous and outfitted with every amenity needed to prepare gourmet meals for your entire crew. It is equipped with a large French-door refrigerator (second refrigerator on the lower level for overflow), electric range/oven, microwave, two dishwashers, and a propane grill on the back deck. The lodge was designed specifically with handicap accessibility in mind. This includes a low-grade ramp entrance to the front deck, a larger front door for wheelchair access, wider hallways on the first floor, a larger master suite, and a full en-suite master bath with a zero-entry tiled shower. Additional amenities include: premium Amish rustic furniture, king-sized beds in all bedrooms including the custom bunk room, bedding/linens/towels, and a full-sized washer/dryer combo for use as needed. The pair of high-capacity tankless water heaters will provide infinite hot water to the lodge when many are in need of rejuvenating hot showers! The basement game room is outfitted with a pool table and a regulation air-hockey table. There are board games, puzzles, and children’s toys aplenty. The lodge has broadband wifi, large screen smart TVs with YouTube TV (including Big Ten Network), and a landline phone. Outside, you’ll find an outdoor stone fireplace fully under roof for cool nights and a traditional firepit for bonfires. We also manage 9 private couples cabins all on the same acreage but very spread out if you're just trying to plan a quick and quiet getaway. Our secluded log cabins offer cozy, romantic retreats surrounded by nature's splendor. Each cabin has its own covered front and rear porch, includes rocking chairs for relaxing, a personal fire pit, and a small table & chairs for dining. while staying in the comfort of your own RV. Here you can relax and
enjoy the outdoors, fish at our catch-and-release pond, grill out, and
enjoy all that nature has to offer without having to be crammed in a
crowded RV campground. For those of you who wish to visit the local attractions, we are within ten minutes of Ash Cave, Old Mans Cave, Cedar Falls, Whispering
Cave and the John Glenn Observatory Park. We offer four complete hook up sites for fully contained RV’s boasting
40′ of green space between each site. Each site has its own water,
electric, & sewer hook-ups, has a private fire ring with benches, a
charcoal pedestal grill, and picnic table. Note: There is no common restroom or shower house, therefore we can
only host fully contained RV's.
