Gallery on Main proudly presents its newest artist, who is also the Featured Artist of the month.

Barbara "Scout" Ery is a visual artist and educator. She received a BA in Photography from Ohio University, and later received a Masters of Art Education from the University of Central Florida. She learned the art and craft of making handmade paper at Paper Circle. She just kind of fell in love with the process, and makes all kinds of items out of paper. She resides in Athens, OH and has embraced the beauty of living, creating and thriving in Appalachia.
