Dusty Frame decor all started with this window my mother in law was going to throw out, she won it in a raffle at her work, as part of a large gift package. She didn’t know what to do with this big blank window, so I decided I wanted to try and make it into Christmas decoration. The idea for Dusty Frame Decor started to form.
