Fresh from our Strawberry Fest menu this weekend— Pacific Halibut.
Olive oil poached Pacific halibut topped with a bright strawberry sauce vierge and served with fresh asparagus from Mick Klüg Farms. The sweetness of the season’s first strawberries paired with fresh seafood makes for a dish that’s both light and full of flavor.

The first strawberries of the season have arrived from Mick Klüg Farms, and we’re celebrating with a weekend of special dishes inspired by their peak freshness.
Pictured here is our Strawberry Gazpacho, a chilled composition of strawberries, cucumber, bell pepper, fresh herbs, ricotta salata, pickled celery, and shiso, alongside our Strawberry & Fennel Salad with champagne vinaigrette, fromage blanc, black pepper, and watercress. These seasonal offerings will be available throughout the weekend, while strawberries last.

As we look toward Father’s Day, we are crafting a weekend dedicated to exceptional food and carefully curated spirits. Throughout the weekend, we will be featuring exclusive custom bourbon flights—highlighting both regional Midwestern distillers and heritage reserves—to pair perfectly with our evening service.
Dinner features will include our Dry Aged Ribeye with au poivre and Pan Roasted Great Lakes Walleye, offered alongside our seasonal menu.
