🎉 Last week, we were honored to welcome Niagara County Legislators Rick Abbott, Tony Nemi, and Carla Speranza to DeSales! They presented Principal Rahill with a generous check for $5,000 to support new security initiatives at DeSales. ✨

Before school let out for summer, Mrs. Reetz’s 6th grade science students wrapped up their lesson on the Sun with a safe solar observation! ☀️

Using proper viewing equipment and safety procedures, students were able to observe features of the Sun and discuss the atmospheric layers they have been learning about in class. It was an exciting way to connect our classroom learning to the real world.

Special thanks to our friends at the Challenger Learning Center for donating the solar glasses!

Mrs. Zimmerman’s preschool students enjoyed Donuts with Dad just before the school year ended. 🍩 We love these traditions that celebrate family! 💙

As part of their year-end celebrations, Mrs. Pytlik’s preschool class celebrated Father’s Day with a special Donuts for Dad!

We were so happy to welcome dads, grandpas, and even grandmas who joined us to celebrate the special people in our students’ lives.

These moments of connection are what make the DeSales community so special! 💙
