Almond Joy Tres Leche. Two layers of moist chocolate cake, soaked in coconut, condensed, and Evaporated milks, with an Almond whipped cream icing, and topped with toasted coconut and almonds.
This was my first Tres Leche so I had to make a mini to try and oh have mercy was it delicious!!!
Happy birthday Renee Irby! Can't wait to share this with you tomorrow!!!!
