I have worked within the healthcare system for over 12 years. I have been allowed to see firsthand the complexities of their job. There is significant burnout, compassion fatigue, anxiety, and depression that it can be hard to find a balance. I am confident that I can help these people reconnect with their "why" again. I can help them find new ways to take care of themselves as well as the others in their lives.
