Denver Broncos Hall of Famer Peyton Manning is part of a group that is proposing a mixed-use development that would include a 15,000 sf full-service restaurant & other amenities dubbed "1st Street Farms" near the intersection of S Santa Fe Dr & W Mineral Ave in Littleton.

In addition to the "southern cooking" restaurant, the complex would include a 13,000 sf bar, event space, a community park complete with a turf football field (naturally), and five acres of landscaped gardens and paths.

The Gastamo Group, best known for popular local restaurant concepts such as the original Park Burger and Homegrown Tap & Dough, is partnering with Manning on the project.

While I personally believe that the I-70 corridor from DIA to Vail has a greater need for rail service (and high speed at that), Colorado’s future Front Range passenger rail now has a name. The “Colorado Connector” or “CoCo” line is planned to connect Fort Collins to Pueblo with a targeted 2029 launch.
