Dear supporters and friends,
I know it has been quite awhile since we have posted any updates. 2019 ended on a very sad note as I lost my father and then was knocked down by three illness in a row. 2020 brought great challenges with COVID 19. Erica, Anthony and I work for senior care, SNF, centers. We were under extreme pressure and stress with the special circumstances this virus brought into our lives. Trying to keep the lives of 140+ safe and healthy took a different toll on my own health, unrelated to the virus.

With this new year, we are looking forward to developing some sense of normalcy while continuing the safe practices that have been put in place. As soon as we are able we hope to start up our scholarship program, continue our education about domestic violence and supporting our community.

We are so grateful for the support we have received and are excited for what the future holds.

Please congratulate one of our 2019 scholarship winners, Olivia Spetnagel! Olivia is a graduate of Wheat Ridge High School and will be pursuing a degree in Tourism Industry Management through the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is a well rounded student that was involved in student government and the Sources of Strength-Suicide Awareness and Prevention Program. We are honored to have Olivia represent The TONI Connection as a scholarship recipient. Best wishes as you work towards your goal!
