KCPS is excited to be a part of RON. The owner of KCPS just did the first commercial loan closing via RON for Amrock. Despite having a few people watching this closing, we think Jayme did an amazing job.

Question:
What kind of ID is acceptable for a notary to identify the signer in Colorado? What kind of ID do you need to have a document notarized?
Answer:
In Colorado, your ID must be current. Meaning, your driver's license, passport, military ID etc., must not be expired. One day expired is still expired and a notary is not allowed to notarize the document. Colorado accepts state and federal IDs with a photograph and signature of the person who is so named.
