We are grateful for our partnership with Englewood Parks and Recreation in Englewood, Colorado. This partnership has enabled us to bring fun and educational classes to the aging community.

This morning we had a fun class about Nutrition for Aging Gracefully. One essential conversation we had was about supplements and medication. It is crucial, regardless of your age, that you work closely with your pharmacist and Doctor to ensure that any other supplements you take do not have adverse effects.
