This momma is 41.5 weeks pregnant and has been having an increase in round ligament pain the past few days! To help relieve some of this we applied kinesiotape to her belly to provide support and reduce the pressure on her round ligament. Treatment also included the Webster technique which help balance the pelvis, reducing tension on the round ligament as well!
