Registration to be randomly selected for an e-bike voucher starts today, July 6th, 2026

Eligibility: At least 18 years old and a resident of the following counties: Benton, Crawford, Faulkner, Franklin, Grant, Lonoke, Madison, Perry, Pulaski, Saline, Sebastian, and Washington counties in Arkansas, and Le Flore and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma.

$700 vouchers for general residents of qualifying counties.

$1200 vouchers for Income qualified residents of qualifying counties. (Income below 200% of Federal Poverty Level or participating in an eligible income-based program.)
