We are ready to know your favorite foods to make, for yourself, family and friends! No, we do not have a cookbook, we simply share good southern cooking. We are a non-profit page sharing recipes of the foods we love. On our pages you’ll find many traditional southern recipes.The wonderful foods we cook and eat, at home and on-the-town. We will also throw in a couple of healthy food recipes. Seriously ya’ll, we can’t eat fried chicken and grits every single day now, can we? Most of our recipes are full fat, and full flavor. No apologies on that! However, for you health conscious folks, we will post some diabetic and vegetarian dishes. Just pull up your chair, sit back, and enjoy the variety of foods you will find on our page. Join us in conversation; share your secret additions or variations to the recipes we post.
