The Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission was created by Act 673 of 1995. The Commission consists of 7 volunteer members who have demonstrated prior interest or involvement in alternative dispute resolution. Members are appointed by the Governor, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Arkansas, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The Co
