The worst part of it all was the damage to the home/office of JJ's Best owner Joy Ortiz. 7.5 feet of water. All supplies of JJ's Best was lost. Bottles, labels, lids, office. This was Joy Ortiz's 5th flood and lost all her belongings. After losing it all, and insurance not covering anything during Sandy, Joy Ortiz was determined to not let this get her down.
