On Saturday, Lititz Fire (and the other WESC fire stations) attended a joint training in West Chester with Eckert Fire Tactics. The class focused on emphasizing the importance of basic skills on the fire ground and included 7 skill stations: forcible entry, fire dynamics, search, water can use, ventilation, basement fires, and overhaul. Lititz had over 20 firefighters in attendance plus several others who remained in town to cover any emergency responses!
