NEW PRODUCT!!!! BG Chemicals and additives. These products are used to clean and reduce carbon build up, each chemical has a different purpose and price so if interested reach out with your questions!
Job Description:
-Write up repair orders
-Schedule appointments
-Follow up with costumers
-Inspect vehicles for exterior damage prior to entering shop, along with obtaining mileage, VIN number, and vehicle status
-Write up estimates and obtain customers signature on repair order
-Take payments and close repair orders
-Keep on top of technicians to keep work flow, when not dealing with with customers or techs keep the work place and waiting are clean and maintained.
-Ordering parts
-Manage social media accounts
Work Experience & Skills desired:
-Good customer advisory skills
-Knowledge of vehicles and aftermarket
-Good customer service skills
-Detail oriented
