Amanda brings over a decade of experience managing environmental and design-build capital projects. She has led multidisciplinary teams, collaborated closely with public and private stakeholders, and successfully guided complex projects from conception to completion.

At ARRO, Amanda will play an important role in shaping our newly established Project Management Office. She is already helping strengthen how we plan, manage and deliver work across the firm.

Based in our Birdsboro, PA office, Terri has been a dedicated part of ARRO for two decades. Throughout her time with the company, she’s taken on a variety of roles, always bringing passion and care to everything she does. Today, she’s a key member of our business development team, playing an essential role in proposal development and helping position our firm to win meaningful work.

Terri’s creativity, love of learning, and drive to implement new tools and systems—combined with her deep knowledge of ARRO—make her an invaluable resource across the organization. Her contributions have helped shape who we are today.
