Non-appearance related fitness goal. To improve your body composition: not just fat vs muscle. Lipids, cholesterol blood sugars. Consistant Physical exercise makes you healthy on the inside too and is preventative for several life shortening diseases.

I am going to start a 12 week Challenge group for accountability. It is FREE, but will cost you sweat, grit and determination. It will start next week and go to the end of September. Anyone can do the challenge but you have to commit to connecting with me on work out days. It starts out with a brsk 20 minute walk any time this weekend. Please let me know if you are interested, and ready to take back your life. If you are interested I will add you to my Rise and shine group😁I will post an exact work out 3 times/week, working up to 5 days per week.
