Wrangled my way through a serious scorcher this morning at a home inspection for my buyers. Shout out to Jeff from Cardinal Home Inspections for tolerating my relentless questions and climbing under the house in 99 degree weather. I offered to do it but I had a nice shirt on so decided it wasn’t for me after all. You can’t have it both ways guys, you can’t look this good AND crawl through the crawl space. (I am also not a home inspector so there’s that, I am a for and I am )

Then I rewarded myself by stopping at Post Masters Coffee in Jacksonville — because nothing says ‘dedicated Realtor’ like braving Texas heat and still making time for good coffee. ☕📬🔥
