More protectors are hitting the streets soon, and Doc and I, along with some of our incredible role players, had the opportunity to contribute to their preparation and development.

Facility limitations prevent us from running full-scale moulage scenarios, but the training environment still delivered what mattered most—stress, chaos, and decision-making under pressure. Between realistic scenario injects and our "screaming banshees," we successfully disrupted their OODA loops and forced them to think, adapt, and act in real time.

Preparation is not about performing when conditions are perfect. It's about prevailing when they are not.
