🏆 SUCCESS STORY SUNDAY 🏆

A few years back K’Leigh came to me and said, “I’m ready.” Though she didn’t have to be up early, the only spot available on the books was a 5:30 group. So she joined it… SHE WAS READY

Nutritionally she had an idea of what foods are healthy and what foods are not. She’s “dieted before” along with a lot of cardio, lost weight… and well… it came back.

K’Leigh has now learned to focus on feeding her muscles, and that nourishing her body properly, along with resistance training will build a fat burning physique FOREVER!!! She’s never been this strong, toned, or overall fit.

One of my favorite parts of K’Leigh’s story is that she’s become really good friends with Janet, who has also transformed her life. You would think they are mother and daughter. They keep each other going on the daily, and that just makes my heart explode!

Between the day K’Leigh started her Fitness Lifestyle and now there have been many many obstacles, and many changes. But nothing is impossible when you are ready!

K’Leigh now works out with me personally in my group and keeps me pushing to be better too! She’s super strong and stays on task! As many know she is my STAR ⭐️ STUDENT and I could not be more grateful to have her in my workouts and in my life!
