It is with great sadness and disappointment that I announce that The Market has been canceled this year 😢 Below is the official announcement given by The Market. Thank you to everyone for all your love and support, as you know I work all year long for events like this, not to mention all the work that the ladies who host it put into creating such a great event. I will be there next year, and if another opportunity opens up, I will be sure to invite you all! ♥️

We received a phone call late this afternoon from the City of Tyler informing us that they are closing Harvey Convention Center - effective immediately. The source of contamination that led to the recent Legionnaires outbreak has not yet been identified and city officials have decided to suspend all event activities at Harvey Hall until they can decontaminate the plumbing system. The building has been shut and locked.

We were surprised by this news. We, and all of our vendors, have been working around the clock to prepare for this event. We were looking forward to a really fun Saturday of shopping and promoting East Texas vendors. There isn’t much else to say except that this was out of our control. We would love to provide you with vendor information so you can purchase directly from our fabulous vendor partners.

Many of you know that I love to create and design and make just about anything, but didn’t know if you knew that it went beyond the physical? Another one of my passions is Graphic Design! I’ve been doing graphic design for around 20 years and it was my full-time job when I was in missions. I did some freelance work on the side back then, but have decided that I would love to do more of it! So if you, or anyone you know, are needing something designed drop me a line!
