✨A dedicated Strength and Athletic performance Specialist with 8 years of proven experience.
A Lincoln native, he attended Lincoln East High School, competing in varsity lacrosse and basketball before earning a lacrosse scholarship to Missouri Valley College.
There, he studied Biology and Kinesiology. After two seasons, he transitioned his passion for athletics into a career, becoming an ISSA-certified personal trainer.
