For the third year in a row, we’re proud to partner with Day 1 Bags through our Linked2Literacy initiative to support youth in foster care across Nebraska!!

Together, we help create EmpowerME Packs: brand new backpacks filled with thoughtfully curated books designed to provide comfort, encouragement, and a sense of belonging for children and teens navigating the foster care system.

Each pack is a small reminder that every young person deserves dignity, care, and the power of stories that reflect and uplift them.

We are grateful for this ongoing collaboration and the shared commitment to literacy, dignity, and support for youth in foster care!!
