Introducing ATLAS Rehab Strength and Performance! (Formerly Delta Chiropractic).

I've been working hard behind the scenes to recreate the brand in a way that encompasses more of the vision I've had from the start: to help those at all stages overcome the obstacles they're facing.

Whether the obstacle is a sprained ankle or a chasing new PR out on the field, track, or in the gym, I want to help you get through it!

While I feel like I demonstrate that with my actions and treatment approach, I believe the new look and name make this more clear.

ATLAS continues to offer high-quality personalized care to support you wherever you are on your journey. The name and look have changed, but the commitment to helping you overcome life's obstacles hasn't.

Whether you’re looking to improve your athletic performance or for injury prevention, one-on-one coaching is designed to help guide you to your goals in a safe and effective manner. Available in person and online with weekly check-ins and program reviews.

When injury happens it's important to take a step back and assess, but it doesn't mean you need to stop your training all together.

Rehab can be built into your program to ensure you're still making progress toward your fitness goals!
