If you have painted wood fascia its recommended to repaint and seal every 3-5 years to protect it from the elements. Give me a call to get your fascia re painted or give it an updated look with a metal wrap and never paint again! If it's something you've been wanting to do but think you can't afford it call or message me and we will work it out. Poor ventilation in your roof and or soffit can reduce the life of your shingles dramatically. Update your soffit with either vinyl or aluminum with plenty of ventilation.
