It’s that time of year again for us to do our yearly spring hydrant testing. We will begin May 11th and should be completed by May 23rd. We wanted to make everyone aware that you may see discoloration in your water during this time period. If you do please run your taps until it runs clear. Thank you for all of your wonderful support. Hello Perry Township Community,

I would like to introduce myself and share a little bit about my background. My name is Nick Adams. I am excited and honored to be your new fire chief at the Perry Township Fire Department. I grew up on Amherst Road right here in Perry Township and graduated from both Perry High School & Apollo Career Center. I have been apart of PFD for 10 years now. Since joining the department in 2016 I worked my way through the ranks starting out as a volunteer firefighter, working my way up through the ranks becoming a leader of the department. While volunteering/working part-time at the fire department I worked full time with the Perry Township Road Department the last 10 years. Working with the Road Department, I learned a lot about our township and community. I am a proud, lifelong resident of Perry Township. After being raised within the community I chose to set my adult roots here with my beautiful wife and two sons. I have strong ties in the community that run deep, making me strive daily to provide the best service for our deserving residents. I am eager to further build the relationships with residents and local businesses to make our wonderful community even stronger with the amazing staff I have been entrusted to lead.
