16 years in business.
When I look back, it doesn’t feel like a straight line. It feels like a series of lessons, pivots, risks, prayers, and moments that shaped both me and the growth of NOW Marketing Group.
Along the way I’ve gathered 16 lessons. Each one tied to a chapter of the journey. Some were born from wins. Others from moments that stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.
Every lesson became part of the foundation of the leader I’m still becoming.
A better leader for my children.
For my clients.
For the people I love.
And for myself.
Building a business isn’t just about strategy or revenue. It’s about growth as a human being. Learning to trust your instincts. Learning to ask for help. Learning to stand firm in your values.
Doing what’s right… not what’s easy.
Sixteen years later I’m still evolving, still learning, and still leveling up.
Grateful for the lessons.
Grateful for the people who have walked this journey with me.
And grateful that the best chapters are still ahead.

16 years.
March 1, 2010, I sat down with a laptop and a vision. No big team. No fancy office. Just a belief that business could feel different. That marketing could feel more human. That relationships could be the strategy.
And here we are.
We have grown because of you.
Our clients who trust us with their brands.
Our team who pours heart and excellence into the mission.
Our community who shows up, shares, refers, and believes business does not have to feel transactional.
From day one, we set out to be more than an agency. We chose partnership. We chose CARE. We chose long term trust over short term wins.
Sixteen years later, we are still here. Still caring. Still growing. Still believing we are better together.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
This anniversary belongs to all of us.
