Staging is a very interesting topic to discuss as I see plenty of pros and cons but in the end a lot of it will come down to the sellers goals and to the actual situation/home in question. Sometimes staging a few spaces/rooms is all that’s needed or adding pops of color to a fairly simple home can make all the difference. Staging may not be for everyone but for the right situation it can save time and increase sales price by helping potential buyers visualize the space at its best potential. 🤌🏼

A picture of a mysterious and otherworldly horseshoe crab has earned Laurent Ballesta the title of Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2023.
"It really does feel like an alien floating across the seafloor," one of the judges said. "But when you step back and realize just how important these creatures are to ocean health and human health, we just felt the image brought it all together and we couldn't pass it up."
