We will be back next week! Unfortunately, we have a family emergency this week. 💔

A dog attacked my daughter’s face, and I’m currently out of town with her while she receives care and recovers.

Please be mindful of having your pups around new people — especially if they are a rescue or have an unknown history. Even the sweetest dogs can react unexpectedly- like in this case where there was no warning when my daughter was sitting feet away in conversation with the owner. The dog went from laying quietly and content after head scratches and loves, to lunging at her face. No growl. No teeth. No time to protect her face.

❗️Another example of why we don’t allow dogs at the Farmers Market at Libby. Even the goodest of boys and girls can get stressed or unexpectedly triggered.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. It truly means the world to us. 🤎🐾
