Join us Saturday, April 21 Carolina CrossFit as we search for The Fittest in the Midlands! The Famously Hot Showdown "Spring Games" is a great event for you, your friends, and family to come out and watch, especially if you have never seen a CrossFit event live OR come compete!

The Frye Foundation SC Rivalry Run 5K Run & Walk to support "the Fight against Diabetes" Saturday, February 24th @ 9am at Tin Roof Columbia
Diabetes impacts the entire community....come out and support each other and enjoy some time together, whether walking or running. All are encouraged to wear your "Team Garnet" or "Team Orange" gear and support your team
