This 2023 Chasselas Vieilles Vignes is from vines planted in 1939, 1942 and 1954 on sand and gravel.
The melted wax and stearin aromas are subtle and appetizing on the nose. Smooth and flowing on the palate with a slightly phenolic texture, mild freshness and a supple but bright roundness. (Bone-dry). A crowd favorite, and a staple at our Raclette Dinners.
