Absinthe is created by the addition of the holy trinity -- Wormwood, Fennel, and Anise -- to a base spirit (typically brandy distilled from wine). After maceration for a designated time period, the infusion is distilled and another round of herbs is added, most notably hyssop and melissa (lemon balm). Latest batch.
Due to the similarity of brand names and the specialized herbs we will be using for our own particular brand, we have decided to change the name of our company from Fee Verte Absinthe, to the more dinstinctive Lotus Absinthe. In the coming weeks, we will be looking for people to participate in a pre-production sampling. Please let us know if you are interested in a 50ml sample and we will do our best to accommodate.
